Shipping Policy

Order Processing:

Normal order processing can take between 3-4 business days (Monday - Saturday).

Shipping Delivery:

Currently, Creative Minds ships to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) only. For deliveries outside the UAE, please contact our customer support team at sales@creativeminds.ae

Shipping Charges:

We ship within the city limits of each emirates of the UAE via our Shipping partners. Shipping weight and cost is calculated at the time of delivery.

Oversized Shipping Charges:

For some items shipping within the UAE an incremental shipping charge may be incurred due to item's size and weight will communicate once the order is placed.

Track My Order:

Upon dispatch, customers will receive a tracking number from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider. 

Rules and Restriction:

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national holidays in the UAE.

We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

All deliveries must be signed upon receipt.

Due to logistical difficulties in making deliveries to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and make such orders subject to additional Terms & Conditions (e.g. requiring a minimum order value).

You will receive a notification in case of cancellation or in case of difficulties with processing your order shortly after the issue is identified.

Cancellation:

Canceling your order for any personal reason, in that case:

If the shipment has not been created/ processed: Full refund will be processed.

If the shipment has been dispatched: we cannot cancel your order.
