Return & Exchange Policy

At Creative Minds, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our Return & Exchange Policy below.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns or exchanges for eligible products purchased from our online store within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided that:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original condition.
• The item is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable).
• A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase is provided.

All returned items are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is approved.

Return Options

In Store

You may return your online purchase in person at either of our Creative Minds stores:

• Umm Suqeim Branch
• Al Wasl Branch
• Abu Dhabi Branch

Courier Collection

If you are unable to visit one of our stores, we can arrange a courier collection from your address.

• A courier collection request will be arranged upon approval of your return.
• Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly supplied by Creative Minds.
• For approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Creative Minds will cover the return shipping costs.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please provide:

• Your order number.
• Clear photos of the product.
• Photos of the packaging (if applicable).

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.

Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees

Unless the return or exchange is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, or an error by Creative Minds, the following conditions apply:

• A restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may apply.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

• Reduced Price / Clearance / AS IS items
