Standard Return Policy
If your creativemindsdubai.com purchase does not meet your satisfaction, you may return/exchange within 7 days, once the items has been delivered.
To qualify for return/exchange merchandise must be in new condition, unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with labels still attached

In the Store: You can personally return online purchase to our Creative Minds Store in Umm Suqeim and Al Wasl Branches.
Courier : A courier collection ticket will be generated to collect returns from your address. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer except for damaged or defective items in which case shipping charges will not apply for those items.

- Reduced Price / Clearance / AS IS Items
Shipping Cost & Restocking Fees
Unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt, or because of an error on creativemindsdubai.com part, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs for all return or exchange items must be paid for by the customer.
Refunds & Credits
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same form as the original payment at the time of purchase. In the case of exchanges, credit will be applied to your account.
