Refund / Exchange Policy Covid 19
- As part of a new mandatory policy by the government, purchases can be returned or exchanged only if there is a defect.
- Defect must be reported within 24 hours via support@creativeminds.ae and will be subject to approval with original receipt.
- Upon approval Credit Note can be issued for exchange on customer request valid for 3 months from issued date.
- or Refund will be done in the original payment method for defective product.
- If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. Once the order is shipped, cannot be cancelled.
