Refund / Exchange Policy

• Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship them back to us for refund. Returns shipped after the first 7 days will be eligible for store credit (Store credits never expire).  After 30 days, all sales are Final and returns will not be accepted.
• If there is problem with your order, please be sure to contact us immediately!. To receive a refund/exchange or credit for the purchase price paid, returned items must be in new condition (unopened, unworn, and in the original box and/or packaging) with any labels still attached, and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange.  We do not reimburse shipping or return fees.  For hygiene & safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for returns, for more information, please see Return Exceptions list mentioned on our invoice.

         However, we will provide a return label (at no cost to you) via email for any orders that were fulfilled incorrectly. 

• All Returns must include a tracking number. Please provide us with the tracking number of your return on support@creativeminds.ae  Failure to do so may delay the processing of your return/credit.  You may also personally return your online purchase to any of our Stores locations or send it to us by any courier of your choice at your own expense.
• If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
• Unless the reason for the return/exchange is due to a product that is defective/damaged upon receipt, or because of an error on our part, we may charge a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price paid. Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs for all return or exchange items must be paid for by the customer.
