• Now you can easily make mini pies. Use mold to cut pastry dough into two pie shapes, top and bottom layer. Mold includes a vented lattice cut out on one side. Place one layer of dough on the smooth edge side of mold and fill with sweet or savory ingredients. Baste edges of pastry with egg. Place top layer of pastry over filling and close mold to crimp and seal mini pie shut. Mini Pie easily lifts out of mold to then fry or bake on a baking sheet.
