Dimensional Effects is a firm, yet flexible, paste that lets you create dimensional designs that won't crack or peel. Dries to a permanent finish in 4-12 hours, depnding on the thickness of application. Use as a stencil paste or create stamped impressions, textured surfaces, or dimensional designs.

Can be tinted when wet

Can be painted when dry

Dries to an opaque white color
