Dutch colorists and pencil crafters, Bruynzeel, have been producing the finest artist grade pencils since the 1940's. Bruynzeel Aquarelle pencils have brilliant color and superb water-solubility. Crafted with care and attention to detail, these pencils are double glued all the way down the core and the casing to ensure that even if the wide gauge core breaks, it does not fall out of the casing. The finest light cedar casing allows for excellent sharpening and the finely ground and highly light fast pigments allow for a subtle, smooth and consistent color release. High quality binder ensures an effortless breakdown of the pigment when introduced to water.
